6. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Payments for courses and services are processed through WooCommerce using RazorPay as our payment gateway. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of these third-party services.
Our refund policy is as follows:
You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if you haven’t accessed the course materials.
Once course content is accessed, refunds are only available if:
Technical issues prevent course completion
Course content significantly differs from the description
Support team fails to respond within 48 hours for critical issues
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YourCyberSecMentor and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Mediation: If informal negotiation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to mediation in Kolkata Legal Jurisdiction with a mutually agreed-upon mediator.
Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, any controversy or claim shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the WBNUJSCA.
The laws of Kolkata, West Bengal, India will govern these Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them.
9. Termination of Services
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us for account deletion.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
